Jeremy was outside painting when he heard a thud. He called me outside and we saw a bird trying desperately to fly. Apparently it had ran into the house or my car and was mortally wounded. We (meaning Jeremy because touching a dead bird is gross) disposed of it before the girls ever saw it, thank goodness.
